Clubfoot Infant-Alexis's Road to Recovery at St. Louis Children's

Even prior to Alexis was born, she was diagnosed with a foot deformity identified as clubfoot. Her parents sought treatment with pediatric orthopedic specialist Dr. Matthew Dobbs, a leader in clubfoot clinical treatment and analysis at St. Louis Children's Hospital and Washington University School of Medicine. Clubfoot is treated with significantly success utilizing a certain non-surgical method recognized as the Ponseti Method of casting and serial bracing. Alexis' mom Kate, tells her story.

ReplyDeletethere is pain when you are older i had surgery and if you stand for like 30mins your feet start to hurt and if you run they also hurt
